\nNote: During a CIOS or Connector upgrade, the Integration Appliance reboots even if the automatic reboot is disabled.<\/p>\n
\nClears the system states of the Integration Appliance. When you issue a system clean all command, the Integration Appliances in an high availability pair attempt to clean the systems without rebooting; however, in certain states the Integration Appliances reboot to ensure system stability. Whether the systems reboot cannot be determined until after you issue the system cleanall command.

\nrunning – Removes currently running project data.
\norchmon – Removes orchestration monitoring data.
\ndeploy – Removes currently deployed project data.
\nall – Resets the appliance to factory default settings.<\/p>\n
\nUsing an image from either an FTP Server based file or file from the CIOS CD, updates the Cast Iron Operating System on the Integration Appliance.
